      - Flexible schedules - Above average people - New office/work spaces - 401K matching

      Cons

      - Very little opportunity for upward career progression - Lots of long tenured employees leads to a lot of "this is the way it's always been done" - New office is nice, but still have to commute in to sit in the same Teams meetings

      Great corporate culture, good hours, nice benefits.

      Cons

      Salary - they pay reasonably, but under what you'd expect in Chicago. Very top-led management, such that teams can be made to feel at the whims of the c-suite.
