Pros
Management have a genuine concern for its employees. Company leadership have high ethical values which is reflected in daily operations. People are adults and very little drama among the employees. Teamwork and lending a helping hand is clearly evident.
Cons
Like any other Defense contractor, we are held to the mercy of a client that may or may not renew a contract. But, company works hard to find other positions.
