Good culture, you are treated like an adult, nobody is time watching/micromanaging, good work/life balance
Cons
Too many people have been with the company for too long; talent retention is good and all, but the entire management team consists of those who have been with the business for 15-20-30-40 years, so introducing changes is difficult and initiatives are often met with resistance
