Pros

Met some great and talented coworkers (who were eventually fired or quit).

Cons

Warning, do not work here unless you enjoy being belittled, berated, humiliated, working ridiculous hours (longggg days and most weekends - no you can't not work these hours) and eventually fired (for no specific reason) in front of the entire office. I watched it happen to so many coworkers I lost count, and when I finally quit, well there was defiantly hell to pay. My only regret was not doing it sooner. Lisa Monteleone (owner) is miserable depraved human being inside and out and it is evident in the way that she treats 'her' employees, a true sociopath. Stay away.

Pros

work on very nice projects with high level of design and attention to detail. this is an international office with a diverse outlook and clientele. it is a good place to learn how to execute a project because a lot of responsibility is given to all of the team members.

Cons

this is a boutique studio, so generally 5-7 employees, so if you are looking for a large corporate experience this is not for you; but you do get exposure to all aspects of the company.

Pros

The office cultivates interesting projects and talented designers. The small size of the firm enables greater freedom for each employee to work on a variety of tasks on a given project.

Cons

Owner is not good at managing time, money, or clients, and as such there is high employee turnover. Several reports of negative work environment. Expect to be yelled at constantly, or treated in a cold, passive-aggressive manner. Be prepared to have your life taken over by this job. Think sweat shop.
