Everybody at BAO is interesting, kind, and supportive. The team’s mission is good in theory.
Cons
The management of the company is scattered at best, with little transparency around decisions and policies. For being a data systems company, they are not a data driven company. There is not a strong team culture or discussion around company mission, vision, values, impact, and performance targets.
