- Strong team moral with casual staff members - Great staff discount- Although items are heavily priced so sometimes it can seem like a con especially within a trend based company (new product comes every week) and you consistently need to be on trend - Amazing regular customers when you have built relationships - Consistent updated training - Great rostering when working around uni schedules, activities and holidays
Cons
- No viable support from head office or upper management - Store managers play favoritism and hours aren't shared out as equally as they should be during off periods (school holidays) - NO room for progression- Lots of empty promises on this since day one of getting hired. No progression plans and consistently hire from without the company with no development to staff members who want to move up - Unrealistic KPI and budget goals - Understaffed during busy periods i.e deliveries, sale periods
