      Pros

      The culture and appreciation between staff is felt building wide. GREAT people…! School manages behaviors extremely well, too. Kids are held to high standards, held accountable, and yet respected and cared for emotionally. The same can be said with regard to how the staff is treated by administration.

      Cons

      Some disconnect between the higher administration, HR, management & officers and immediate school you’re working at; semi-low pay compared to other districts & steps yearly feel small but nothing outlandish.
