Great medium sized company. Everyone open to change in an agile approach. Management always reachable and open to new ideas.

After the buy from Telenet all agile ways of working stopped. Telenet does not allow people to differ their ideas hence no real improvement possible.

Young company young people on board, vast room for initiatives to further enhance position and reputation on the market. Trully living the challenger role of the company.

Sometimes some lack of structure or modern tools (indeed strange in a tech company). It's necessary to be able to be autonomous and sometimes creative.
