Employe turn over is not good. That should say enough on its own. Do not work here if you are LGBT. If you intent on coming to work only to work, not to have any established professional relationships — this is the place for you. Teachers and staff are cliquey. Management is hands off unless they dislike you, and then they micromanage you. They do not care about your health; mental or physical. They will fire people suddenly who are in charge of large projects and ask for everyone else to magically make it work. Moving up is only an option if you are favored.
