good atmosphere to work in. not too hard. just do your work and be on top of things. make sure you follow up with all of your customers and keep in touch. work hard and get rewarded for your hard work.
Cons
sometimes very slow and boring. not always the most challenging work in the world. not many people at the branch so it can get boring at times. having to deal with the obnoxious customers that come in with problems. they expect you to magically fix everything on the spot. many are very unhappy and you can't do anything about it.
