Pros
Where do I even start. I started here right out of school and immediately fell in love with the culture, the constant change in what client and project I was working on and the people. It felt like a family. In the two years I was there, I grew exponentially as I worked with the CCO and the CEO and other great leaders on a variety of projects. The work life balance is really great for an agency with that big of clients. The leadership is also great about promoting people from within the company, so there was a lot of opportunity to grow and move into new roles. I would still be there if it wasn't my turn to move for my husbands career. Loved every second working here!
Cons
Honestly I really loved it. The main con is the cost of living in San Francisco. I can't really think of anything about the agency.
