It is really difficult to think of cons of working at BBDO

The Good -Some of the creative teams were talented, pleasant, respectful, and friendly. -They were the ones that tended to have better ideas also. -They were open to suggestions as well. Even if they didn't take them, they still were encouraged because they inspired even better ideas. -They also worked faster because they compromised, were grounded, and were prepared. -Felt professional and I learned from them.

The Bad -Some other "creative teams" were creatively boring and indecisive. -Tons of versioning only to go with the suggestion they scoffed at originally. -Lots of bickering, posturing, and power struggles within the team. -Lack of communication and difficulty articulating direction. -Often arrogant, dismissive, self-deluded, and blame-gaming. -Less experience and less imagination than "The Good" teams. -Wasted lots of time showing each other YouTube videos which was incredibly distracting. -Felt like High School and I learned nothing from them. The Ugly -The Bad also partook in endless nasty gossiping behind people's backs, sometimes even talking trash about one of their own that would step out for a moment. -Sadly, the people in The Bad & The Ugly outnumbered the people in The Good. -Nope. Not for me.
