They pay you on time

No promotion opportunities unless you work in the offices. Resources and training non existant and then when things go wrong you are personally blamed. Constant discrimination and upper management choose to look the other way to anything other than positive comments, hr will not fight for you or tell you your rights in order to bully you into thinking you cannot leave
