      Pros

      It's a small company with very few politics. B-Corporation and people act on those values frequently. Very interesting clients in the business and social impact space. Really kind people who want the work to be great. Surprisingly good benefits for a small company. Open environment to talk about challenges and address them as a team.

      Cons

      Pay is OK but not as high as a traditional brand agency. Small team means sometimes when it gets busy it gets really busy.
