It’s a toxic environment where favoritism and backchanneling seem to dictate decisions. - Lack of Training and Preparation for New Joiners: New employees are left to figure things out on their own due to inadequate onboarding and training programs, creating a steep and unnecessary learning curve. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made in management, communication, and employee support.
