Pros

Seemed trustworthy - SFC licensed - Big 4 audited - Regulated - But acts like a company in its infancy…

Cons

Lured me from a comfortable position in a great company for what seemed an interesting challenge and an attractive monthly salary. I was laid off before the end of my probation with no warning and one week pay - and this despite being told it had nothing to do with my performance but rather challenging macro trends.

Pros

Honestly, nothing stands out as a positive aspect of working here.

Cons

- Unorganized Guidelines: The company lacks clear and structured guidelines, making it difficult to know what is expected and how to perform effectively. - Unclear Instructions: Tasks are often assigned with vague or incomplete instructions, leading to constant confusion and wasted time. - Complicated Office Politics: The workplace is plagued by office politics, which overshadow collaboration and productivity. It’s a toxic environment where favoritism and backchanneling seem to dictate decisions. - Lack of Training and Preparation for New Joiners: New employees are left to figure things out on their own due to inadequate onboarding and training programs, creating a steep and unnecessary learning curve. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made in management, communication, and employee support.
