Very low pay with no increases for the amount of work expected of the employees. Managers, Directors and supervisors have been there for decades and are very resistent to change. All they do is micromanage. Also, there is no career development - It's not what you know but who you know and who likes you. A lot of descrimination especially against foreigners and women. Employees are extremely overworked, you basically have to work every single second because you are monitored constantly. Also, body shaming is a thing.
