      Friendly atmosphere and the pay is really good. The guys working here are the best in the business I've seen.

      Cons

      Location. Although, I hear they're moving to a brand new office in Westminster soon.

      Pros

      You could make decent money as an associate if you stick with it and make it through. Lots of freedom to run your book of clients as you see fit.

      Cons

      Poor management, if you are not a circular 230 representative, you have to schedule a weekly meeting with a CPA to have him sit in on your calls to the IRS. No training plan for new paralegals and lots of turnover.
