      Pros

      The ownership and management at BC Technology is unmatched. Its truly an entrepreneurial environment - without the mess.

      Cons

      None really. Sad that I didn't get to stay on longer (Covid layoff). The benefits could grow, but it was a very small company when I was there. The compensation offset the benefits though.

      Was a good learning experience to start entering the industry because back at then i had no fintech industry work experience

      Cons

      the salary was not high, the company has been restructuring all the time
