Pros

Great company wide discounts- super retail group. The team are usually great to work with as you all have similar interests

Cons

Over worked, understaffed and under appreciated. 43 hour week contact, but get paid what you can get at other retailers for a 38 hour week. Always do far more than the 43 hours anyway due to so many tasks and not enough staff or time. Pressure from area managers to perform but no support behind

A lot of free stuff for employees - stock that is dc blocked can be marked at manager discretion

Can be dead in winter
