Big Discounts Friendly Group of People Interesting Products Decent pay rate if your casual Theres great people who will teach you awesome information and the products and services if they get the chance Cool app that gives you access to mental and physical heal support

Cons

Constantly understaffed During peak busy periods theres times only have 2 or 3 people on in the whole store Disorganised upper management dont train store managers properly, dont give them enough support. Don't believe them about career progression they never hire within the company. Alot of training that's actually hallow and ticking boxes to cover them

A lot of free stuff for employees - stock that is dc blocked can be marked at manager discretion
