Pros
I work with my customer almost daily on tasks and get constructive and positive feedback on every task. They are very laidback and more than willing to help you improve. My company supervisor is exactly the same as my customer.
Cons
A big challenge is getting information from other colleagues, which can’t really be helped too much. The 401(k) contribution is there along with the health insurance, but they’re not as good as the competitors.
