      Pros

      There's a lot of good people working here, no idea why when the salary is so low and the workload so high.

      Cons

      Everything, disorganised mayhem caused by terrible management that is somehow overcome by some great staff members who deserve to be recognised for propping the place up, everyone below management is seriously underpaid and over worked, no incentives at all to stay, we even had to pay for our own Christmas staff dinner, what sort of scumbag dictates that as the right way to thank your staff?

      Good teamwork, excellent project. A good opportunity to build professional relationships with residents who have complex needs, including substance misuse and mental health conditions.

      Sadly, not enough shifts as a bank/relief worker
