Pros

BCHA is company that is doing its best to make a difference and support those that need it, we are a family working together achieve this. There is a warm and friendly working environment and we all look to support each other. We have moved to agile working and this has had a big impact in us being able to manage the crisis with Covid-19. The SLT have shown great leadership to steer BCHA in the right direction whilst also providing the support we need. BCHA have a CEO who has an open door policy, he wants the best for the customers and his staff and is always their to offer guidance and support. If you join BCHA you will join a family that will welcome and support you.

Cons

You need to be prepared to work hard, think quickly and have can do attitude. Not everyone is up for the challenge.

Pros

Good teamwork, excellent project. A good opportunity to build professional relationships with residents who have complex needs, including substance misuse and mental health conditions.

Sadly, not enough shifts as a bank/relief worker
