      The projects you work on require you to do the absolute best you can as an individual.

      Cons

      No teamwork, everyone is out for self. You will be forced to take the fall for others wrong doings.

      Pros

      Work is steady but thats it. I’m looking because the benefits are terrible. Health insurance is literally $800+ for family every check. Its insane.

      Cons

      Benefits hands down is the biggest con. If you have a family, and need health insurance BCI is not the place. Find something else because $800 a check is the worst I have ever seen. BCI has a problem finding good help and keeping good help because of this issue.
