Working with this non-profit student association was a fantastic experience. The team fosters a culture of continuous learning and a truly open mindset. I especially appreciated the supportive leadership; my manager provided a clear, structured workflow while granting me the creative flexibility to leverage my personal strengths. My immediate colleagues are exceptionally professional and resourceful, always willing to assist and deeply committed to student career services. Furthermore, it was inspiring to observe and learn from experts across HR, IT, Advocacy, Wellbeing, Events, and Senior Leadership. This cross-departmental exposure provided me with valuable insights into food initiatives, student club management, and referendum campaigns—all while witnessing a mission-driven team dedicated to a common goal.
