Quota is always an issue as it is adjusted before payday and after the sale is done. If you are a great sales rep then this will definitely hurt your final pay. They will go to extremes to pit you against your team mates and pay the person with the lower commission rate. There's no marketing team to help and most of their customer claims are downright false. Encouraged to lie about how many customers we actually have.
