- Easy to be promoted.
- A lot of upcoming projects.
Cons
- Too much workload for average pay.
- People come and go, and HR late to find replacements.
- Old engineers are common here, may need to explain stuff to them and upper management 2-3 times if there's any issues.
- People are not owning up to their mistakes here.
- Old engineers are not innovative.
- Since people just left, you're forced to take up tasks on top of what you're doing and HR are very very late finding replacements causing people to burnout at a fast rate here.
