Pros

Working at BCMGlobal has been a truly rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. As Head of HR, I have a unique perspective on what makes this organization thrive — and it always comes back to our people and our culture. The company places a strong emphasis on employee well-being, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible working arrangements, health and wellness programs, and generous time off policies. These benefits go beyond the basics and show a real commitment to supporting work-life balance. BCMGlobal has cultivated a culture that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. From top leadership to team members across all departments, there is a shared commitment to delivering quality service and fostering innovation. We are encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and have the tools and support needed to grow our careers. What truly sets BCMGlobal apart is its people-first approach. There’s a genuine effort to listen to employees and respond with meaningful changes. Whether it’s through regular feedback sessions, recognition programs, or professional development initiatives, employees feel heard, valued, and empowered. In short, BCMGlobal is not just a good place to work — it’s a great one. I’m proud to be part of a company that lives its values every day.

Cons

There may be occasional frustrations with legacy systems or the speed of digital transformation, especially for employees working in operational or support roles.

Pros

Most have the opportunity to still WFH. Lots of different departments that specialise in various areas of the business, so you can always find a niche that best suits your knowledge and skillset. They always try to get staff to engage in social events which helps us to all get to know each other better, The mental health day is always important.

Cons

Very high turnover of staff, and never enough staff too. Some leave before they've really stuck into their role. Pay isnt great for the high levels of workload, could be improved, holiday entitlement is average. The takeover has caused more issues than anything else. IT systems are atrocious on the daily. No staff parking. No more work life balance (WFH) its gone back a step.
