Is this your company?

Hands down the worst employer i've ever experienced. - Anonymous employee BCM Partnership Employee Review

Pros

Close to public transport. Really nice people working on a ground level, but the turnover is too high for that to remain a pro.

Cons

Extremely high staff turnover (over 20 in the 9 months i was present). No HR department. Very little support for staff. Unachievable deadlines with priorities that change hour to hour. A culture that all staff are replaceable and if they wish to retain their job they will be available to work 24/7 without any notice. No overtime or leave loading paid. All salaries include superannuation, so are much lower than advertised. Lots of deception from management during interviewing process. Senior management are unorganised and arrogant and run the company with an expectation that all staff members will double as personal assistants if needed. Senior management often request for official reports (for government clients) to be doctored to show results that will reflect favourable on the company. Well known in the Brisbane advertising industry, with most other agencies referring to the company name: "BCM" as standing for "BAD CAREER MOVE". Think very hard before applying for a role at this company.

Pros

They hire talented hardworking people within their strategy and creative departments. The office perks are nice which include the space, coffee machines, and the location.

Cons

Staff often works overtime (including weekends). Some staff members have also worked unhealthy about of hours and nothing is done about it. There is very high turnover within the organization. This is directly due to upper management. The company culture is not genuine and feels forced which is very odd. Personally I had a very bad management experience. What you see on the company site and social channels is very misleading and purposely crafted. I'm surprised there are so many positive reviews here.

Pros

Most of the staff are bright, young and enthusiastic. They are frequent social events which helps to bond people together.

Cons

Very hierarchical with an invisible barrier between staff and upper management. Favouritism exists and fierce internal competition is rampant.
