      Waiting for ever for the old guard to retire Atmosphere of it's better to do nothing and ruffle no feathers than to try and succeed and ruffle a feather or two.

      most people are great people to work with.

      Cons

      too many people hired at the top floor level. If you're not a yes sir person it can be difficult. if certain person(s) don't likes you they have the power to get rid of you.
