Pros
Friendly people in both offices. The multiple disciplines in house is fantastic. It's great having engineers on hand to ask for a quick consult even if they aren't on the project.
Cons
Designers are not given the freedom and power they need to do their jobs. Project Managers rule the firm, which does not allow the firm to truly grow because all of the focus is on schedules and fees. Leadership rewards bullies and is passive aggresive with any disagreements instead of simply talking out any problems. You have to fit their mold or they will eventually push you out.
