Top heavy in leadership with Men. Say they provide training and opportunities but don't. Big disconnect between Sales and Delivery team on what can be done. No resources given, but say they will. Work very long hours for no reward or salary increase. Technical and software support systems basic, trying to be a global company and can't get it working for the basics

Nice and friendly working environment. Interesting projects to work on.

Perhaps one might get bored if one dislikes airports. Otherwise, all good.
