Pros

It says I have to say five words... its a job.

Cons

The people that work here absolutely hate their jobs and it shows. No one can ever help you if you have real issues... Most of the office staff employees seem to call off sick, are on vacation or just simply out of office....then when you do finally manage to get a hold of someone they tell you they cant help you until they get someone else's help first and have to contact you back days or weeks later. It happened to me with multiple issues, multiple times. You have to hound them down for help with things like serious issues like pay discrepancies or benefits. Just go through another agency.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that you felt unsupported, particularly when dealing with time-sensitive issues like pay and benefits - we know how frustrating that must feel. Over the past several months, we've made changes to how our teams are structured and how requests are managed to improve responsiveness and accountability. We know there is still work to do, and feedback like this helps us focus on the areas that matter the most. If you're open to it, we'd value the opportunity to better understand your experience directly. Please feel free to reach out to HR at beth.payne@bcforward.com, and we'll ensure it's addressed.

Pros

Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, ID protection, and 401k are offered. A good "filler" job if you are needing a paycheck while looking for a better (permanent) position. Low stress level (in my current project). Flexible schedules.

Cons

I've worked with this company for 2-plus years and haven't even received a cost of living raise. No real career advancement opportunities. No education or training opportunities. No PTO whatsoever. No paid holidays or sick leave. If you take time off for a doctors appointment (for example) it is up to your supervisor's discretion if you can make up that time. My previous supervisor I was able to do that but my current one doesn't allow it so it means a shorter paycheck. Very discouraging that a person has to decide whether to see their doctor or get a full paycheck.
