      Multiple rounds of redunancies, internal bullying/ agesist / racist behavoiur not dealt with despite having a major impact on project delivery. A lot of politics internally

      Great people. Lots of knowledge to learn from. If you are willing to put in the work, there is space to move around.

      Commute up by the airport is far and there's bad traffic
