      Pros

      Office management makes things flexible for employees. Everyone is nice. It is a good community. I would recommend for anyone starting out.

      Cons

      There is not room for growth in this small office. Office is outdated. Management can be too flexible to the point there is no authority. For example, one worker would talk on her phone moat of the day. Not too much production there.

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
