      good colleagues, got allowance and paid overtime

      Cons

      have to work during public holiday, sometimes too much overtime like almost everyday, irritating ops team (depends on what country you work for), the pay are quite low to compared with the amount of job load.

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
