- Quite flexible in terms of reporting time, if you are late, just work later to compensate back. - does not restrict you on lunch hours.
Cons
- OT culture - Micromanaging team lead (for one of teams, depends on your luck). - Very protective of senior workers, rather let you off to keep them despite their arrogance and wrongdoing. - Unrealistic KPI.
