Pros
Really there were no pros. The manager of the company at the time was the owner's nephew or relative, and he had no experience whatsoever.
Cons
During the pandemic, like a lot of companies and through no fault of their own, they had trouble keeping the work flowing. I found another opportunity that was still churning out work and gave 2 week's notice to BDR. Instead of paying me the two weeks, they opted to cut me loose that same day, causing me to lose those two weeks of pay since I wasn't scheduled to start the new job until after that. I politely talked to them about it but they didn't budge. I even spoke to the new company to see if they could bring me on earlier but it was already set up. Just a cheap little company that couldn't be bothered to be accountable to anyone.
