Pros
Working from home is great. Some of the upper management were great to work with (some not so much). As in any industry, there are good people and easy days, and lousy managers and time in the weeds. They do promote from within when possible.
Cons
Frequent fire drills to staff programs, high turnover rate among reps (though this is industry wide). One other thing I found strange - when taking time off (vacation or a sick day) it was my responsibility to find another manager to cover my area (any other job I have had either my boss covered me or assigned someone).
