Pros
Good pay if you are willing to work hard and a great work environment. I actually enjoy going to work. Management has little giveaways, such as lunches and gift cards during the holiday.
Cons
A lot of really good ideas are shelved because of old management ideology. The only way they solve problems is to throw money at it. One of the most inefficient process and procedures I have ever seen.
