In the early years the organisation was not well structured. We had limited support. But for most of us, this resulted in learning everything on our own and after all these years we see it more as a benefit than a disadvantage. But the past years the company has done great efforts. There is a superb structure and great support for all employees. Only disadvantage is that the owners pay a lot of our lunches, which is a huge disadvantage for a diet.
