Pros
The Vancouver office was just engineering and customer service departments, totaling between 7-10 people. All were very pleasant.
Cons
No processes in place to allocate/delegate work. Ended up spending more time doing blackbox testing than actual programming. Broken promises from leadership regularily. Inability to stick to any timelines. Underpaid workforce. Only objective is to get acquired, so no desire to invest in improving the employees' skills.
