There is no such thing as management. The owners don't even work well together, leading to poor leadership, high expenses and unnecessary stress.All decisions are rash and uncertain until PAST the due date. In addition, one of the owners is verbally abusive and short tempered making the work environment very uncomfortable and hostile. She, though will never admit it, socially and racially profiles everyone who walks through the door. This company truly has NO care for their employees. Micromanagement is the least of the every day problems when working at Beast. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking to further their career.
