Cons
- All goes around BBVA (BEEVA is the IT consultancy firm of BBVA) so you'll work there, at some of the IT offices of BBVA. That's good if you come to a good project, but life in BEEVA headquarters is way much better.
- Your growing depends on how much of your spare time and personal life invests on that. They oblige you to learn things not related with your daily work, without possibility to develop it because you are 100% of your time working in other stuff. Again, you have to use your spare time to accomplish your KPIs.
