Pros
Very kind and nice people to work with.
Great agency culture.
Salaries are okay.
Rich brand variety to work and learn a range of sectors at the same time.
You learn to work on your own, lead on your own and figure out many thinks on your own even if you are junior.
Basically you are on your own. That may be practical and chaotic, all at once.
Cons
Lack of management, work overload.
Many brands for very less people. It's wrong for both clients and creatives.
No one can pay a proper attention for each work if it's that much.
Everything you get excited to do came out as a belly ache.
Good intentions with very bad outcomes. Mostly disappointing.
No gut to convince the client to do what's right.
Customer is always right policy is killing creativity.
Advice:
Hire more people to balance the workload.
Believe what you can create before your client to convince them.
