      Not a good experience - Technical Recruiter BEPC Employee Review

      Pros

      The other recruiters were nice. I also had a director who was not a family member. no overtime.

      Cons

      Pay sucked and benefits was horrible. 5 days for vacation and sick days is not enough. No room for growth, only family member move up the ladder.

      Casual dress code. Great co workers

      Cons

      Nepotism, not many paid holidays, PTO is very limited and no flexibility to work remote unless you are family. Absolutely NO work life balance.
