      Well established with a strong reputation in its industry Core disciplines are well serviced (Mostly) Highly skilled and disciplined engineers Loyal and hardworking support staff Great customer base with phenomenal opportunity to grow services

      Management (those who are left) are in total disarray Brutal fear based culture Severely understaffed in every area Poor at delivering non core services take their customers for granted

      Nice offices Great people Excellent perks and benefits

      Cons

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
