Pros
The Engineering surveyors are some of the best, most intelligent, hard working, knowledgeable people I have worked with and make the job bearable. The team leaders can be overbearing and seem to make decisions without advice from the company. they can be held accountable through grievance but are then still directly responsible for your performance evaluation?
Cons
Broken promises for development, reduction in benefits form those provided by the company that previously owned the group. (car policy) being one. Soft representation by the union, not really worth the fees. Leadership team driving through change without consulting with Surveyors with decades of experience. (central Planning)
