      Pros

      Met some genuine people who I will stay in contact with, hours were decent, overtime pay was decent.

      Cons

      Clear lack of communication within all parts of the company - restructuring which doesn't feel progressive and steps you back in fact. Extremely cliquey with managers and their favourites. Just ran by friends.

      Nice offices Great people Excellent perks and benefits

      Cons

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
