Not a lot. Other than a drink after work on a Friday.
Cons
Micro-managed like nothing I've seen before. After leaving and experiencing a new working environment I can't quite believe they have anyone working for them. The whole place is toxic. I never felt comfortable and thought that was just the way everyone felt at work. Nope, just there.
